About Feetures!
- The ultimate athletic sock was born in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain. In that small North Carolina community, Hugh Gaither, a veteran of the athletic shoe industry, began building an ideal companion for every foot in 2002. His goal was to construct a sock that was actually performance enhancing. By imbedding feet-hugging Lycra strips inside, Gaither created a support system for feet that wasn't too cushiony or too loose. It also cut down on friction between foot and sock that often results in pesky blisters. The socks turned out just right, hence the exclamation point in its brand name.

I've tried several other running socks and these are hands down (or should i say feet down?) my favorite. They are tight without putting too much pressure on my feet and don't add cushioning when/ where I don't want it. Will definitely buy more of these. Thanks RunningShoes.com!

these may be most comfortable socks I have ever worn. They are thin but perfect for exercise walking and running. They come marked right and left which really works to prevent any irritation on the toes. I have always had trouble finding socks where the toe seam didn't rub--these are the ones.

I am training for the Susan G Komen 3 day 60 mile walk and these socks have been a lifesaver. I have been experiencing some pain in my arch so I purchased a pair of these and they are like heaven for my foot. It delivers enough compression to make my foot more comfortable. I have not had any issues with sliding in my shoes or getting blisters. Sometimes I sleep in them at night and my feet feel refreshed and ready to train the next day. I plan to purchase more of these to help me train. Do your foot a favor, buy these amazing socks.

Just one run and I knew these were outstanding sock. I love thin running socks. It took but one minute to get used to and love the compression feel to the socks. Not too tight, but enough to feel it. Well done.

I can cite a number of favorable characteristics of this sock, but here are the highlights. First, the sock fits snugly on every area of the foot, not tightly, but just enough for me to know I am getting the support and no worry about a wrinkle here or there that might cause a blister. Second, I am wearing the sock only for tough workouts, such as races, long runs or speed and I'm finding it very durable; so far no thin spots or wear or loss of elasticity. In short, I am finding that I trust the sock on the days I need a great sock. Wore the Elite at Boston and never felt my feet at all. That was amazing!

I ran in these yesterday and my feet felt great. I really did not want to take them off, but I had to take a shower. These socks are awesome and I will be buying more in the future!
