Former Asics 21xx series fan but the latest model felt narrow and was not as comfortable on longer runs. Just received the Mizuno Alchemy last week and love the fit. The forefoot offers a little more room than the Asics and feels much lighter. Right out of the box they felt good and did not need much break-in time. As a heel striker the Alchemy has offered great stability while not feeling bulky. As long as the model doesn't change much I think I have found my go to shoe.

these are my third pair of Mizunos. Absolutely love these shoes. They provide great support for short 3 to 6 miles, and I have flat feet.

I've been running in these Mizunos for the past 8 years. I've tried other running shoes including Brooks, Nike and NB. These are by far the best for me. I average 7 to 8 miles 5 days a week and they last a little over 3 months.
