Men's Mizuno Wave Cabrakan 3

I have run in Sauconys for several decades, but wanted a good trail shoe for extreme runs. I just finished a Super Spartan race and was so pleased with these shoes. They have remarkably good traction when they're wet and they drain well. Very comfortable for 8.5 miles and my feet feel good tonight. Buy these shoes!!!

For it's price and marketed features I expected much more. After 6 months of using it for my daily one hour walk, it's loosing its original form, and inside is getting worst and torn every passing day.

Hey these shoes have great support for the overpronator and are similar to the wave nirvana 6. Great shoe from Mizuno all thier best tech.

This shoe is well made, easy to break in and has good cushioning properties. Buy a size 1/2 larger does fit a little small.

Been big on New Balance until I found these. The tread surpasses NB and Adidas for gripping trails and even on wet, slick surfaces I have no issues . The soles are thick and supportive yet lightweight and give you a good read on the ground beneath you . They work well for a person with a wide foot like I have . I ordered a pair of size 12 Pumas right before these and had to return them they were so uncomfortable. They are a little more pricey than I usually go for but if longevity is good then it will be worth it.

The Cabrakan was exceptional throughout my training and through the Tough Mudder event. It was sturdy but light weight enough to be very comfortable. Also, through all the mud, water, hills, grass, etc.. it continued to have great traction and drained so well that my feet never felt like they were carrying around a couple of water logged packages. I have already recommended these shoes to several people and will continue to recommend Mizuno trail running shoes for as long as they keep producing such exceptional shoes.
