Good nuetral shoe

These are great shoes for neutral runners who need a little extra cushioning. I under-pronate and have high arches, so these shoes are well suited for my foot type and my gait. While there is good cushioning, it is not mushy or too soft. This gives the shoes a firm, responsive performance. There is nice room in the toe box. They are narrow, but not tight throughout the length of the shoe so there is no slippage or sliding. The heel is nicely snug in the back, so no blisters. I also like the Mizuno wave plate technology to help distribute the force of impact, reducing stress on knees, hips and back.
