Men's The North Face Double-Track

Very nice, stable shoes, with good cushioning for those that need it. They seem to run about a half size small, so if you're in-between in size, I would order up accordingly.

Fit and Finish is great, I didnt think an outdoor company could make a great running shoe but this tells the truth. Fit perfectly and are incredibly light and well balanced.

I have used them for 200k off-road in the last 2 weeks and have decided to use them for the UTMB run in France. Pros: Great shoe, perfect fit and stable. Dries super fast after running in water. One of very few off-road shoes made for runners suffering from overpronation. Cons: The front footbed is to hard and it starts to hurt after long runs (30k or more). The grip is okay but could be better if compared to New Balance MT876. The grip is bad, especially in loose gravel and mud.

I was skeptical at first. I knew TNF made running shoes, but I have been a loyal New Balance and Saucony guy for the 15 years I had been running. I decided to give the Double-Track a try after reading good reviews from runners world and outside magazine. They were right, the shoes rock. They have replaced Saucony. I still wear my New Balance because they are made in the USA, which is something I encourage TNF to do more of. However when I hit the trails I use the Double-Track.
