    • 3 out of 5 PROS: Lightweight. Decent amount of water for short runs. Strap holds tight to the hand. Pocket is a good size for phone and keys. CONS: Strap puts the bottle sitting on the lower part of the palm, meaning you have to squeeze the bottle with your finger tips. I really wanted to like this handheld bottle and gave it a try, but in the end, I don't think I'll be using it too much as it's just too difficult to squeeze.
