Shoe Care & Maintenance
Clean mud off with a damp sponge and then stuff the inside of the shoes with paper to help absorb moisture and maintain shape. Never clean shoes in a washing machine. Keep the outsole clean by scrubbing with a soft brush when needed.

Air dry at room temperature. Do not dry the shoes by a fire, radiator or other heat source. Do not leave them in your car on a hot day. Extreme, direct heat can cause the materials to dry out or crack. This will damage your shoes and void your warranty.

    • Minimalist goes Pearl N1V2 for Marathon
      Reviewer: Nate Bullock

      6/10/2016

I'm training for the Rock n Roll Seattle Marathon and have been trying to find the perfect shoes. I loved my Merrell Vapor Gloves and NB Minimus shoes but once I started getting above 16 miles my feet were getting destroyed. I purchased the Pearl Izumi N1V2's and ran 17 miles in them right off the bat. Feet felt awesome and I was able to cut off 10 sec/mile off my time. My hip hurt afterwards but I've been using a foam roller to work it out and the pain is nearly gone. Overall, the Pearls are awesome and I may be a lifer now.
