Shoe Care & Maintenance
Clean mud off with a damp sponge and then stuff the inside of the shoes with paper to help absorb moisture and maintain shape. Never clean shoes in a washing machine. Keep the outsole clean by scrubbing with a soft brush when needed.

Air dry at room temperature. Do not dry the shoes by a fire, radiator or other heat source. Do not leave them in your car on a hot day. Extreme, direct heat can cause the materials to dry out or crack. This will damage your shoes and void your warranty.

    • Unfortunately the wrong fit for me

The heal is the main problem, I'm not sure if it's too stiff, or too narrow, or what quite is wrong, but I can't wear them for more than 30mins without getting a heal blister. The level of cushioning is also not what I'd like- leading to sore toe beds, but this probably changes with running style. Unfortunate, but just doesn't work for me (although I am trying to be stubborn & see if wearing them in might work- 100miles in & no change yet)

    • Great show!

I choose these after a fitting at a running shoe shop. Bought first pair there then found second pair on line at a much better price and fast free shipping! Very pleased with running shoes.com. I choose these pear lizumi's to support a healthy foot and toe splay. Also very sturdy, great traction, comfortable. I hiked/backpacked Glacier National Park in June this year and these were perfect! With wool socks, did several multi day trips with full pack into backcountry. Trail run 3 to 5 miles 3 times a week. And hike in them up to 8 miles weekly. Very well made, no snags and shows very little wear after all that use. I don't love either color combo but healthy comfortable feel much more important.
