Love this shoe, totally comfortable and true to size. Also, love the look! My first pair of Saucony and I'm sold, they're my new favorite.
I love this update! It has a great fit and I love the traction underfoot while running on trails.
I had such high hopes for these shoes. Finally no girly plum/white/aqua/pink colors and they came in the size that I would usually order from Saucony - an 11½ (too bad there was no narrow option). They are so disappointing. The 11½ was too small. I could feel my toes touch the end of the shoe once I put my extra insoles in to take up width. I returned them to try the 12 and they were way too long. Also the tongue was so skinny it pulled out of the laces and the pocket for the laces was oddly long and bulky
Love at first run
I really like the look, but it's the fit that makes me swoon. I have wide feet for my size 6.5 and most shoes pinch my pinky and the next door toe. Not the Exodus, I have lots of room. Plus I feel supported without being manipulated to change my natural gate. On the dirt or on the road, the Exodus is my go to shoe.
Shoe being made 1/4 size too small
I have been a Saucony customer for over 10 years. Unfortunately, this is the second Saucony shoe model that I have tried which is now being made 1/4 size too small. Going up 1/2 size just puts me at 1/4 size too big. Also, the vertical space in the toe has decreased, resulting in increased wear over the big toe. My guess is that the country of manufacture has changed for some of the Saucony products and the manufacturers there are just targeting the smallest dimensions permitted by specification. Otherwise, Saucony is a great shoe brand. I hope I am wrong in my guess about a change in country of manufacture. If I am right, perhaps it is time to change back.
