    • Designed to be as extreme as the athletes who wear it, the GEL-Noosa Tri 8 drops almost an ounce in weight to push every envelope possible. The perforated sockliner and open mesh upper optimize moisture drainage and breathability and are secured by new lenticular reinforcements. The optional elastic lace and improved heel and tongue grips make the transition smooth from bike to run while the Propulsion Trusstic makes transition from midstance to toe-off quick and efficient.

      Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.)

      ASICS design philosophy that employs linked componentry to enhance the foot's natural gait from heel-strike to toe-off.

      Elastic Laces

      A classic triathlon feature allowing a runner to put the shoe on quickly, easily and securely.

      Propulsion Trusstic

      Mimics connective tissue in the foot by creating tension as foot enters propulsion stage.

      DuoMax Support System

      A dual density midsole system positioned to enhance support and stability and positioned sport specifically.

    • 5 out of 5 I am an ASICS wearer because of the wide toe bed and cushioning. I run 40 miles a week and these shoes are light, they breathe and have a lot of cushion. Perfect for marathon training. I will purchase another back up pair for sure.

    • 5 out of 5 I have been waiting/watching for these shoes to be released. This shoe fits just like a glove!!! I LOVE this new Tri 8 and the new flashy color is just awesome. I took them out of the box and put them on and they felt like I had already broke them in, that is how nice they fit! I bought the other new Asics Gel-Noosa Tri 8 black/onyx/confetti a month ago and the toe box was kind of tight and I have a narrow foot. I love this new shoe SOOO much I am going to buy another pair.
