Women's Merrell Dash Glove

Absolutely THE BEST foor wear for walking or running I have EVER purchased! Will never go back to the same old same old sneakers. I used to have soreness on the soles of my feet, and my hips would ache whenever I walked even short distances of 2 mi or less. I do not experience any discomfort at all with Barefoot Run Dash. Ever. No break-in time at all. These are so great, I'm starting to run again! Yahoo! Thank you Merrell!!!

I love the Merrell barefoot line, this is my fourth pair. I have been using the pace glove, lithe glove, and pure train glove all year, for working, hiking, running. most of my running is on trails with the pace glove, but I wanted a shoe to wear during triathlons since the pace glove isn't that comfortable on pavement. this shoe is very comfortable around my foot, it fits snugly and doesn't cause any sore sports. I was disappointed that it felt heavier and had a thicker sole than the pace glove. I did try on a vivobarefoot shoe and an innov8 one, they both felt lighter and had thinner soles, but the upper just wasn't as comfortable as the merrell dash glove. I decided to keep this shoe to run races this year, but just hope that Merrell comes out with a lighter and thinner soled shoe to run on pavement.

These are the cutest shoes ever...they're lightweight and very flexible...however each time i've run in them, my calves tightened up so badly that I had to not run. I tried to run anyway this past Monday...think I tore something and may be sidelined for a couple of weeks : (. But I'm keeping the shoes--did I mention that they're cute??? I'll use them to zip around town or go bicycling.

I must eat a little crow when it comes to these shoes. I've been very critical of the look and colors of the Dash Glove with Merrell. I believe I compared them to old lady shoes, and bashed them for the less than stellar color choices. Then, I had the chance to see them and try on a pair. Wow. The same great fit as my trusty Pace Gloves, with the durability needed for road running. I'm in love with these shoes. I run anywhere from 10-30 miles per week, on pavement, gravel, dirt, grass and whatever semi-solid surface I can find, and I love these shoes on every surface. Ultra flexible, ample toe room, great ground feel, and decent breathability. Excellent minimalist shoes with enough protection for conditions. I bought the orange, and I like that they are flashy on the road, even though I beg for additional color and design choices in the future. I still love my Pace Gloves for trail running, but for road running its my Dash Gloves.
