I have flat feet, so its hard for me to find good running shoes that will last. This shoe seems to work for me. They give me enough support and I feel great during and after my runs.

Excellent shoe, very comfortable. I use it to run as well as to play volleyball because its cushioning is 100 times better than the provided by a regular volleyball shoe. I do not feel pain on my knees anymore after playing two or three hours of indoor volleyball. Mizuno's shoes are a little tight and I recommend to buy this shoe 1/2 size up.

I have bought 3 pairs of these shoes because I have worn through them. They are great for my very flat feet and keep my foot stabilized. Totally worth the money. I don't think they are the cutest, but they are so great and supportive I throw cute to the bottom of my list. I bought these first from a running store where a 1/2 size up was the recommendation, I have not been disappointed with them yet.

I wanted to try the mizuno wave alchemy 11 due to reviews that I had read. These shoes feal great. I can run in these and my feet feel nice and snug but they are not too tight or cramped. A great fit, stability is not too stiff. I love these shoes and I am so glad that I bought two pairs. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and wear an 8 in these. Enough space for my toes. Feel broken in with first time wear. So comfy. I was hooked on Nike, but I am sold on these shoes.

All I want is a sneaker that wouldn't hurt my feet, calves, legs after walking or running. My foot feels comfort and support. Worth the price and I'm glad I TRIED IT OUT.
