Mizuno Wave Technology
Mizuno's flagship technology was inspired by the waveform found all throughout nature—from sound waves to tidal waves. Wave’s unique shape dissipates impact forces away from the foot for a smoother, more cushioned feel on every step. With its progressive, tunable support, it pushes your foot throughout the entire stride. It's also lightweight, compact and responsive.
SmoothRide Engineering
SmoothRide begins working the moment your foot touches the ground. Flex Grooves in the heel promote natural movement from the back of your foot to the front, initiating that rocking-chair motion. Mizuno's AP+ Midsole gives the shoe a bouncier feel. And Flex Grooves and Flex Controllers in the forefoot work together to smoothly continue the roll forward to give your foot a more solid platform at toe-off. It all adds up to a more fluid, enjoyable run, every time you head out.
Dynamotion Fit
From heel strike to mid stride to toe off, Dynamotion Fit is all about creating a shoe that works with your foot through the design and materials. As your foot twists, bends and stretches in each step, the shoe upper moves with you. Flex Eyelets help keep your heel secure throughout your stride by allowing the upper to stretch and contract as needed. And Stretch Mesh eliminates bunching and pulling that can create discomfort and even blisters—especially at toe-off.

Since I've bought the Mizuno Women's Wave Prophecy running Shoes I feel no pain in my back anymore when I run. It's fantastic.For me it is easier to run now than before.Thanks Mizuno and please, go on reaserching because we are getting old and we don't want stop running.

These are the most amazing running shoes I have ever owned. I recently visited NYC and made the mistake of not bringing my running shoes. After a day of walking around in my Puma "athleisure" shoes I had the sorest feet I've ever had in my entire life from all the walking around the city. So, I purchased a pair of Puma running shoes and within 2 blocks of walking my feet hurt so bad I immediately returned them and bought these. All I can say is these are amazing!

These are the first pair of running shoes I've purchased in years. When I decided to bump it up a notch and start running, I did some research and found the Mizuno Wave Prophecy. These shoes are awesome. My knees feel protected, no shin splints, and I can actually feel my heel in suspension while running. It's a very cool sensation. They are springy as described. No foot pain. High-tech look. The only drawback for me is I followed the advice of many reviewers and ordered a half size up...big mistake for me. A 9.5 would have been perfect. I have a narrow foot. Anyway, I inserted gel insoles, so now they fit really well. I love running and I love these shoes! They're pricey, but I'm definitely going to get another pair when the time comes.

I cannot say enough great things about this shoe. I have never spent over $80 for running shoes and I thought the $200 price tag for them was outrageous. I thought I'd give them a try with all the hype surrounding them though...and I can't stop raving about them to my friends and family. Definitely worth every penny!
