DESCRIPTION

  • Run or walk with the most comfortable off-road women's running shoes around by slipping into women's New Balance 626 trail / off-road trail runners. The upper layer features breathable mesh ventilation, while the responsive cushioning and firm support provided by the full-length N-FUSE midsole make them perfect for casual wear as well as athletic wear. The internal shank stabilizes the gait for those who suffer from light over-pronation. The injection-molded EVA, foam midsole makes the cushioning firm yet flexible with a more consistent cell structure that makes shoes firmer than C-CAP midsoles and more resistant to compression set. For a fun running shoe that's trendy, strong and suitable for casual and athletic wear, women's New Balance 626 trail / off-eoad is the perfect shoe at the perfect price.

    Manufacturer's Description

This rugged and durable trail running shoe features N-FUSE technology to provide you with superior cushioning for all outdoor activities, and the Ndurance outsole gives you traction everywhere from your favorite running trail to the treadmill at the gym. With its internal shank acting as a mild gait stabilizer, the 626 is suitable for those with a neutral running gait or light overpronators.

    N-FUSE
N-FUSE Midsole technology joins together foam of two different densities. The top foam is less dense for soft cushioning, while the denser bottom foam provides support and compression set resistance.

    IMEVA
IMEVA (injection-molded EVA foam) midsole creates firm yet flexible cushioning. IMEVA is produced when the EVA foam is melted and then injected into the midsole mold. IMEVA has a more consistent cell structure, which can help make a shoe more resistant to compression set. IMEVA midsoles are slightly firmer than C-CAP midsoles.

  • 4 out of 5 I bought this shoe because they are made in the USA. I wish there were other colors, I am in the market for more.

  • 4 out of 5 I have wide flat feet so finding a comfortable shoe for walking and running is difficult. I have had good success with NB in the EW width. Few athletic shoes provide it. This shoe is comfortable and full of support. I have been running in them for the last two weeks and have no complaints. A good shoe buy for me.

  • 5 out of 5 I've been a big fan of New Balance, and these Trail Running shoes continue the great tradition. I got them a day prior to a 20+ mile hike and took them with me. While I don't recommend not breaking them in prior to major use, they did amazing and fit well right out of the box and while on my excursion. They're even great for regular use, although I'd rather save them for more adventurous things. I highly recommend these shoes. Having a Wide size (15EE) I had no problems with this product or fit at all, unlike some other trail shoes available. You will love these!

  • 5 out of 5 I love these shoes! I bought them as my first pair of running shoes, and they're so comfortable! They also run true to size! I'm a slight overpronator, and they work just fine!

Just like people, feet come in all different shapes. Because shoes that fit better perform better, New Balance knows that proper fit means multiple widths. New Balance is the only manufacturer to offer the majority of shoe models in multiple widths.

What size are you?

  • In general, the regular Men's width is "D"; for Women, the regular width is "B".If the majority of shoes you own, or have purchased in the past, fit adequately, these are the widths you should select.
  • If the shoes you own tend to feel overly spacious in width, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. If the shoes you own tend to feel noticeably narrow or snug, then you should consider selecting a wider width size.
  • If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
  • Since feet always swell during the day, we encourage you to try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.

Sizing Tips:

  • With respect to feel, your heel should fit snug with no slipping; the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes.
  • People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big. Clues that your shoes are too small or narrow include - foot cramping or "falling asleep" while running or just after running or the formation of blisters and calluses between or on your toes.
  • New Balance shoes are made to fit directly out of the box. They do not need to be broken in.
  • Feet typically get bigger with age. We encourage you to have your feet measured every year.
  • Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
  • Your left and right feet may differ in length or width as much as a full size. Be sure to measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.

New Balance earned their position as the leader in Total Fitâ„¢ by offering more fit combinations than any other footwear company. In addition to shoe length and width, they use a shoe last. A shoe last is a 360 degree model of the foot used to create each shoe's heel width, instep height, toe box width and toe box depth. Though it's not the primary factor, in conjunction with length and width, the shoe last helps you achieve the best possible fit.
