About Pearl Izumi
- Pearl Izumi designs shoes for a rare breed of individuals called runners. Are runners an endangered species? Whether its track or trail runners, Pearl Izumi believes so. That's why its shoes aren't just made to look good but to go fast. The Japanese-based company all started when a father set out to provide his son the best gear for bicycle racing. The brand made its way stateside in the early 80s providing sponsorship dollars to bike teams. Nowadays, Pearl Izumi builds products for many high-endurance sports including cross-country skiing, triathlon, running, and, of course, cycling.

I have been wearing this shoe for a few weeks now and love it! Great stability, cushioning and a smooth heel to toe transtion. The Seamless Upper fits like a glove!

Lots of cushioning and excellent arch support. I am an excessive pronator and usually wear custom orthotics in my shoes, but I don't need my orthotics in these. Comfortable and provide stability.

These are definitely the most comfortable shoes I've worn. I did have to order 1/2 size up. I first tried the Syncrofuel style and they made parts of my foot uncomfortable but these are perfect.

So, I just took the isoShift out of the box, and I am really excited about the shoe. I have been running in the isoFloat for 3 years, and it just never gave enough stability, despite being otherwise a great shoe. The isoShift feels very stable, with great arch support and a slightly firmer feel than the isoFloat. It does feel a little snug in the forefoot, but lets break it in and see what happens.
This shoe is awesome!

I have been wearing this shoe for a few weeks now and it is the best stability shoe I have ever worn! Great cushioning, comfort and a smooth, stable ride!
Seamless upper is a glove like fit.
