    • 5 out of 5 I tried the shoe on, and I am a believer. In contrast to a traditional running shoe which normally has a 12mm height difference between the heel and forefoot, the Cortana has a 4mm height difference. This, for me, leads to less heel striking, better form, and less pain/discomfort, even when I am pushing myself on a run. There was a period of breaking-in, where I needed to be particularly careful about stretching my calves because of the increased flex while running. I am two months into these shoes, with multiple runs per week, and I love, love, love them. I don't have a bad word to say.

    • 5 out of 5 The cortana, a shoe I long awaited. Off the bat, putting on the shoe will hug your feet in a way unlike any other saucony. The shoe has the perfect blend of being lightweight, durable ( definitely could see getting about 500 mi. out of these), and moderately supportive from a neutral to slightly overpronated runner. The cortana does the best by hugging the foot in a non invasive way. It instead feels like an extension of your foot. The powergrid system (upgrade from the progrid) also lets this shoe be lighter weight but still incredibly responsive in absorbency. The shoe is more expensive, however compared to other minimal saucony shoes (i.e. the kinvara and fastwitch) It has the beef to last for the long haul. For those new to going minimal - this is an awesome transition. The cortana has a 4 mm drop, but the construction of the forefoot doesn't force your stride to stay on the balls of your feet. The cortana allows the strike to roll through the entire foot (forefoot to heel). As far as racing - best for the half marathoner - training and race day.

    • 4 out of 5 I found that these shoes fit like a glove right out of the box. They are so comfortable. I even find that I keep wanting to run in them unlike my old pair where I'd be thinking "how much longer??" My only complaint is that for a neutral shoe they should have a higher arch. My arches get pained running in them. I think I tend to roll in. Usually I am a very neutral running with high arches and a straight gait.

    • This is the most comfortable running I have used.

    • 5 out of 5 Very supportive and provides great cushion for road running without being too heavy. Loved the great colors. The shoe hugs my foot and gives fantastic stability. the sole grips the surface of the road and track. Despite being a training shoe it seems made for speed.
