Neutral Running Shoes

Cushioned running shoes, also referred to as neutral running shoes, nix any additional posting in the midsole. Posting lends extra support on the inner side of the shoe to slow down the rate of pronation, or the degree to which your ankle rolls in upon footstrike. Have high arches? Neutral styles will keep you running happy. Additionally, supinators, or runners whose ankles roll outward when their foot hits the ground, will do well in neutral picks. Get your cush on, and pick a style that lets your foot point and flex unencumbered.
